75 Days. Heirloom. "Tree chilies" are medium hot 2-4" long, plentiful, slender fruits on 4' tall canopied plants. Described as fruity, smokey, and nutty in flavor. Our favorite for homemade fermented hot sauce. Can be used in salsas, sauces, or your favorite recipe although it is known to have it's best flavor when dried. Easy to hang dry for storage or can be crushed into red pepper flakes or powder. Sow indoors 8-10 weeks before transplanting outside once temperatures are above 50 degrees. Prefers fertile soil, average moisture, and full to part sun. capsicum annuum
