21 Days baby or 35 Days full size. Open pollinated mild flavored variety is the commercial standard. Strap leaf shape on dense clusters of lush leaves that are tender in texture. Cold and heat tolerant although the flavor gets more bold in heat. Young leaves are best but still quite enjoyable at full size, about 12". Direct sow by scattering seeds in early Spring and raking over lightly. Sow again in Fall. Can overwinter with coverage in milder areas. Average watering. Part sun. Reseeds readily. eruca sativa
