Attracts humming birds, bees, and butterflies. Sow as soon as soil can be worked in Spring or can start indoors 4-6 weeks before transplanting out. Can also be sown in Fall. Prefers full to part sun, average moisture, and average to fertile soil. Deer and rabbit resistant. Zones 1-12 alcea rosa
