90-100 Days dry. Italian Heirloom. Famous large, kidney-sized white beans. Excellent quality dry bean with a delectable creamy texture. Can also be harvested early as a shelling bean. Sturdy 2' tall bush type plants with 4-5 beans per pod. Beans are easy to grow. Sow after temperatures are above 50 degrees. Prefers nutrient rich soil, average moisture, and full to part sun. Leave pods on plants until brown and the seeds rattle.
