Gaillardia- Blanket Flower Seeds

120 Days. Heirloom. North American native wildflowers that are quite drought tolerant. 2-3" red trimmed in gold, cheerful, daisy-like blooms with burgundy centers. Excellent cut flowers bloom Summer through Fall on sturdy 12-24" plants. Attracts bees, hummingbirds, and butterflies. Sow seeds as soon as soil can be worked or can be started indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting out. Can also be sown in early Fall. Prefers full sun, average moisture, and poor to average soil. Deer and rabbit resistant. Zones 3-9 gaillardia aristata
