90-100 Days. Heirloom. Red and white speckled full flavored bean that holds it's shape under long cooking and has a rich aroma. Easy to grow carefree plants reach 2' tall with pods yielding 4-5 beans each. Beans are easy to grow. Sow after temperatures are above 50 degrees. Prefers nutrient rich soil, average moisture, and full to part sun. May need staking when full of pods. Harvest when pods have turned brown and seeds rattle. Can harvest entire plant and hang to dry if frost threatens.
