20-40 Days. Open pollinated. Japanese greens crop prized for mild flavor, quick crop, and productivity. Bright green, serrated leaves are edible at any size. Excellent in salads, stir-fry, soups, and sandwiches. Makes an excellent gourmet Winter salad. Cut and come again habit. Direct sow by scattering and barely raking in as soon as soil can be worked in Spring. Sow again in Fall for fresh flavored greens into Winter with good coverage.
