28 days baby 55 days mature. Open pollinated. Tender, sweet flavored red ruffled leaves. One of the last to bolt in July. Also quite cold hardy. Does well in Spring or Fall plantings. Sow lettuce seeds directly as soon as soil can be worked in Spring and again in late Summer, early Fall. Can harvest into Winter in most areas with good coverage. Very easy to grow.
