78 Days. Heirloom. Mildly spicy, extra large 6" long pepper from Anaheim California. A roasting favorite since the early 1900's. A staple of Southwestern cuisine. Tasty either green or red. Can be used fresh, roasted, fried, stuffed, and in salsas. Can be dehydrated, canned, or frozen for later use. Does well in cool regions. Plants reach 2 1/2' tall and prefer afternoon shade in hot regions. Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting out after temperatures are above 50 degrees.
