Red Cheese Pepper Seeds

80 Days mature. Heirloom. Extra sweet pimiento type pepper with thick and juicy red flesh. Abundant 3" fruits on 2 1/2-3' plants. Excellent for stuffing, roasting, or eating fresh. Dehydrate, can, freeze dry, or freeze for later use. Does well in cool regions. Plants reach 2 1/2' tall and prefer afternoon shade in hot regions. Shade cloth may be needed to prevent sun scald. Sow indoors 6-8 weeks before transplanting out after temperatures are above 50 degrees. Full to part sun. Nutrient rich soil, average watering. capsicum annuum
