70 Days. Heirloom. The first stringless variety. Vines reach 24-30" tall. 3" pods hold 3-4 petite peas on average. Delicious pods are wonderful fresh, sauteed, and are suitable for freezing. Cool weather crop that dies out in the heat. Direct sow peas as soon as the soil can be worked in early Spring. Prefers fertile soil, ample moisture, and full to part sun. Harvest often to keep plants producing. Sow again in late Summer for a delectable Fall harvest. Resistant to Mosaic Virus, PM, and pea leaf roll.  pisum sativum
