Tall Mix Trailing Nasturtium
Tall Mix Trailing Nasturtium
60 Days. Heirloom. Charming Victorian era ruffled, 2" edible blooms in shades of red, burgundy, orange, coral, pink, and gold. Fleshy 3" round, variegated leaves on 6' tall vines. All parts of the nasturtium plants and seeds are edible and have a flavor similar to black pepper. Some medicinal use as well. Blooms late Spring until frost. Attracts bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds to your garden. Direct sowing in Spring once temperatures are above 50 degrees is the preferred method. Can start indoors in plantable peat pots only, as they do not like to be transplanted. Prefers part to full sun, average moisture, and average to poor soil. Do not fertilize or amend as this prohibits blooming. Deer resistant. Zones 1-10 tropaeolum majus
