40 Days. Open pollinated. Ultra tender lettuce type pale green leaved Chinese cabbage. Mild and sweetly flavored, very pleasant and never bitter. Regrows and branches out for multiple cuttings. Nice texture for salads, slaws, or in Asian dishes. Almost lettuce like in flavor. Direct sow from early Spring through mid-Summer. Prefers nutrient rich soil, consistent moisture, and full to part sun. Great frost tolerance when grown late Summer into Fall. A first this Fall for us, we are still harvesting with good coverage in February, Zone 7B. Does not store well. brassica rapa Chinensis
